Strong Points: Is a natural born leader once she got over her initial shyness, but will usually defer to her mother unless it’s something she thinks is ridiculous, Having been picked on most of her life for not having senshi powers, she’s more comfortable with herself now that she has them. She’s upbeat and outgoing which serves her well in the friendship games, and she now has an unwavering belief that her mother can do anything. She’s very intelligent and far more dedicated and book smart than Usagi. She can be just as caring, but she’s also slightly more judgemental and less willing to give a second or third chance.
Has Trouble With: Even though she’s learned working as a team is best she still has trouble asking for help. Hotaru constantly has to sit on her to take it. As a princess she was also slightly spoiled s and even with all she’s went through it still shows in her character sometimes. Because of her stint with the Black Moon clan she’s a little more suspicious of people and more mature than her age. She has nightmares where she becomes Black Lady again and it scares her because part of her misses the freedom to do whatever she wants. She stays up at night examining her darker emotions worried that she could turn out like that some day. As she grew and looked more like Black Lady she spend more time with her mother and Saturn
Dream: Her original dream was to become a real lady, have a prince and be friends with everyone she knows, now, as she’s gotten older, she’ still wants to be friends with everyone but she knows it’s not possible all the time. She is a real lady whether she likes it or not and sometimes it chafes, and she still secretly wants a knight in shining armor to sweep her off her feet, but she’s not sure who it will be or when.

Because for the first 900 years of her life she aged slowly and then stopped, she was picked on by nearly everyone in her consecutive age groups. Because of this she was very shy and unsure of herself, but she used her trip to the past to compensate for that. These people didn’t know her as the “Eternal Child” to these people she could be someone important. This , of course, translated into her being overly mysterious, and overly bratty to the scouts and her mother. She’s very quick to judge and if you didn’t meet her expectations she expressed her disappointment. This was a big problem when she met her mothers past self as she was clumsy, a crybaby and a bad student, a far cry from her mother of the future.
As time progressed she matured and realized that she could be herself, and that she didn’t have to out-do everyone to have friends and be normal. In the 20th century she made normal friends in class and had the confidence to step up and become class president, showing her leadership skills and boosting her own confidence in herself. This translated to her being more confident in the future. Growing up hasn’t tempered her outgoingness any and being a Sailor Scout and being able to help has made her realize what’s really important..
Chibi-Usa is very loyal to her friends, but while she’s friendly with everyone, she has very few true friends. Her past experiences will not let her open her heart to all passers by like her mother can. She will always have moments of distrust, though her heart is pure. She is hesitant to love romantically, and no longer wants to throw herself into it after the incident as Black Lady. While she has attempted to date, she’s found herself wanting to dress like her evil self, and even though she’s told thats fairly normal, it’s something shell have to deal with.

Chibi Usas mission was to make her parents proud, and protect Crystal Tokyo. Now her mission is to find her parents and hug them one more time
Usagi Chiba’s history begins a thousand years ago when Usagi Tsukino and Mamoru Chiba got married. She was already developing naughty momma and was born less than eight months later. She was named after her mother and they were a happy family. Her mother and her mothers friends called her Chibi-usa most of the time to differentiate between the two. When Usagi took over the world and became queen she became a princess. Something every little girl dreamed of. Unfortunately, things changed when she turned five and stayed that way, for a year….two….three….four-hundred. She was dubbed the eternal child, and unfortunately with her physical development stunted, her mental development was not. She was intelligent and a fast learner.She was not a tiny adult in a childs body, she was a child with the knowledge of nine hundred years of life. This frustrated her and made her the target of bullys year after year. The eternal child, never growing up. She watched as children who teased her grew older, went through puberty, got married and had children. She watched as they fell in love and went to college. All through this she remained five years old physically. At first she studied hard and learned things,but she couldn’t advance through school, thanks to her age While she held her graceful mother in high regard, it was her father she went to when she had a problem. He was strong and handsome and he was always there for her. Her parents and Luna-P, a cyborg with magical abilities,were her only friends for a while, until she met Sailor Pluto. She was kind to her. Usagis other friends treated her like a child.
Although she was a bit spoiled, she really did step up . When Serenitys silver crystal was taken, Chibi Usa stole the time key and went back in time to find a way to save her mother. She threatened Usagi with a gun and demanded her Silver Crystal , needing it to revive her mother. Usagi was fully convinced she was a new enemy, but went along with Mamoru offering to bring the little girl home.Chibi Usa used Luna P to hypnotise Usagis family into believing she belonged there, furthering Usagis suspicions.Once She realizes Usagi is her mother, through seeing her transform into Sailor Moon, shes shocked. Shes surprised at how different her parents are and doesn not accept them as her parents at first, fully developing a crush on her father. Due to the way she fell into the future, he was her first kiss. Usagi was fully convinced she was a new enemy and they fought quite a bit until Usagi found out she was her daughter... and then they fought more.
Due to her extreme disappointment in herself,and not wanting to return to a time where she was ridiculed, she hesitated when returning to her time and dropped her time key. This self conflict made her an easy target for Wiseman. He convinced her he was saving her and aged her into a young woman, playing on the self hatred she had for her childs body, and brainwashed her into believing her mother was the enemy. Between her adoration for her father and her crush on him now she developed a heavy Electra complex, going to the point of .hypnotising Mamoru to join her when she stands against the scouts with Wiseman. She delighted in the pain taking her mothers beloved away caused and she put all of her resentment into fighting Usagi, some real some fabricated by Wisemans brainwashing. She also targeted the other scouts for small slights to herself, When Wiseman was going to bring the two crystals together and Pluto sacrificed herself to prevent the destruction of everything, Black Lady felt the grief of the death of her closest friend and she broke the conditioning, returning to chibi usa, and triggering her first senshi transformation. As Sailor Chibi Moon she fought alongside Sailor Moon. She helped save her and then went back to mourn Pluto, comforted by Charon Knight. When Pluto returned it was bittersweet because she was unsure if this Eternal Pluto was her Pluto or not, but she eventually came to terms with the fact that even if she wasn’t, they were both Setsuna.
Her mother was the one who sent her back to the 20th century and she went with a mix of eargarness and reluctance. She hated leaving her family, but she liked her friends of the past. They were he same but experiences had changed them over the years. Her mother had said it was to make “aquaintances” but she didn’t really understand it. She enrolled in school again and had fun with the rest of the senshi, but she saw little reason for her to be here other than to help them fight against the Witches 5. She later lost her hat while walking with her mother and followed it into the grounds of a private school where she helped an older girl with purple hair and eyes . They talked and Chibi Usa felt that she was as lonely as she was and offered her friendship. The girl lighting up had been an amazing thing to see and she had almost missed the attack. She knew she shouldnt transform in front of someone but she couldnt let her new friend die, she and her mother took out the threat and swore Hotaru to silence. She wasn’t as weirded out as Chibi Usa thought, and it turned out Hotaru had special powers of her own. They left even better friends than they’d started . Chibi Usa was horrified later to find that her new friend was Sailor Saturn and that the Outers wanted to kill her. She want to warn Hotaru, not realizing that her friend had been fully posessed by Mistress 9. Mistress 9 stole her heart crystal and Usa knew no more until she heard her friends voice and felt warm hands before waking in her own body again. She was devastated when it seemed Hotaru had sacrificed herself, and still sad when she was found as a baby, but she was still happy her friend would live on even if she was different. Sometimes she wondered if everyone she got close to would die.
Not long after this Chibi-Usa started to have dreams of a Pegasus. He was asking her to help him, but the others thought it was just a dream. He had the Golden Crystal in his horn and the Black Moon Circus was trying to steal it. New evil is on the rise and they’re fighting Zirconia and the Amazon Trio. The scouts don’t really believe her and were more worried that they could not transform. This goes on until he shows up to give Chibi-Usa and her mother new brooches, and the ability to transform into their super forms. He eventually helps the Inners reach super as well once they face other versions of themselves to regain their powers.. They gain new and more powerful attacks once the Amazoness Quartet shows up to attack them. CereCere, Pallapalla, VesVes and JunJun are being led by Dracula are being led by Nehelenia who promised them eternal youth. They later become Chibi Usas senshi.
The quartet falls when Pegasus helps the senshi defeat them, and Nehelenia, disappointed, locks them inside dimensional mirrors. They were brought back to help Zirconia fight, but Sailor Moon tried to help them. They helped the scouts beat Nehelenia by giving Sailor Moon the golden crystal and it is revealed they were supposed to be Chibi Usas Senshi when she becomes a true Sailor Senshi. They would wait until she became Sailor Moon.
Chibi Usa doesn’t do much in the beginning of Stars because with Mamoru under Nehelenias control, the possibility of her birth begins to fade and her with it. She feels helpless while the others fight, and nearly die.When Mamoru is freed Chibi Usa returns to full life and transforms to help the final fight. Nehelenia is returned to her dream world after shriveling into an old woman.
After this, Chibi Usa returns to school, going to the same school as Hotaru. They have an interesting adventure where they go to a shop with two friends and there’s merchandise of the sailor scouts. They talk about cosplay. A few days later Hotaru gets posessed by an Otaku ghost who haunts a nerd shop thats going to be bulldozed. . CHibi Usa and her mother are about to transform when Chibi Usas friends Naruru and Ruruna come out in skimpy outfits to distract the developers. After transforming, Chibi Usa and her mother attack the spirit possessing Hotaru with a double Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss, driving the spirit away. Around the same time Mamoru goes to school in America, Chibi Usa is scheduled to return back to her real parents in the 30th century. All of the senshi see her off sadly.
Not long after she returns to the 30th century she feels a pain in her chest and sees her friend Dianas body torn apart to nothing, mirroring the destruction of the small cat in the past.. She runs to her mother and sees Artemis and Luna fading away, and her mother tells Chibi Usa that something is happening in the past. She sees the inner senshi and her fathers bodies fading with their star seeds above them. It’s horrifying. She transforms and calls the Amazoness socuts to help her, taking the time key and traveling back to the past. They arrive just in time to save Sailor Moon and Princess Fireball as well as Chibi-Chibi with a combined Pink Ladies Freezing Kiss. Shes the first to realize that Chibi Chibi is not what she seems, realizing that the small girl holds great power. Chibi Usa is shocked when they have to fight most of the Senshi who are now controlled by Galaxia, but is quick to fight when ChibiChibi shows her the real scouts are dead and these are imposters. She tries to tell her mother this, but Usagi doesn’t listen. She goes down when hit by Uranus Galatic attack. She struggles to her feet to help her mother but is stopped by Chibi Chibi. She watches the battle unfold, and watches her fathers body enter the galaxy cauldron, feeling herself fade away and die as he ceases to exist. She returns briefly when all the star seeds are being reborn from the cualdron to let her mother know shes waiting for her in the 30th century.
Chibi Usa woke up mere minutes after she had left for the past, she is lying in her own bed. Her Quartet immediately show up to make sure she’s allright, but she pushes past them to check on her parents and the other older scouts. She had seen them all die. Once she was assured they were OK, they filled her in on what had happened after she had died, but before she had been reborn. She is told by Pluto that she can no longer return to the 20th century because her star seed has started to be born and its dangerous for two of the same person to meet for two long.
She goes back to her life as it had been, going to school, learning with Hotaru and her senshi, and fighting the occasional threat. She missed her friends in the past, but she was excited to know they still existed in this century, though they were much older than her. Naruru and Ruruna were happy to hang out with her again, even though she was much younger, she was very mature for her age. She spend most of her time with Hotaru and Diana though, as they had both been through so much and no civilian could ever imagine. As a century passed she slowly aged, though not the stop of before. She both hated and loved the comportment and diplomacy lessons Luna insisted on, because she did want to be a lady, but they were a little boring. She would much rather study science and how things worked. She had created her own advanced version of Luna-P by the age of 16. She, Diana and Hotaru got into quite a bit of mischief, sneaking out late at night and slipping into places they shouldn’t, but seemed interesting such as clubs and bars using the transform pens. Chibi Usa tried dating to an extent, but boys her age were so immature, and they were...weak, and older boys seemed to want something she wasn’t ready to give. She had learned to hold people to a completely different standard. Her father was the perfect man, and though her crush on him had waned to nothing, he was still a high standard to reach. Hotaru seemed to get a little moody when she dated, though she had no idea why. The century passed with her happy with her family. Evil loomed but it never loomed as large as it had back in the 20th century, until now. Now Chibi Usa’s mother was missing and she would find out what happened to the parents that she loved, and in the name of the moon, she would punish them.
Usagi Chiba, also known as Chibi-usa bit her lip hard enough for her to taste the coppery tang of blood. Her parents had been missing for weeks. She had first noticed something wrong when her mother hadn't come to wake her for breakfast. It had been a joke between them, since Usagi had never been able to be up in time back in the 20th century. She had gone to check on her. Neither of the royal couple had gotten ill, as far as during her lifespan anyway, so it was an oddity that neither had been up. When she arrived no one had been there. the sheets were rumpled and there was a sick sort of feeling in the air. She had searched high and low before going to Minako.After a few days of a frantic pink haired girl a palace wide, and then a planet wide search had been quietly organized. Weeks had gone by with no sign of them. She had held strong. It felt like if she cried it would mean it was real. They would really be gone.
Now it had been over a month. Siphon attacks had been becoming more and more frequent and her mother hadn't been out there taking care of them. In fact less senshi than usual had been because they were searching. Now they couldn't hide it anymore. She took a deep breath. Now they were making her be a queen. She didn't want to be. That was her mothers job and should have been for years to come. She didn't want this. She wanted her pure, beautiful and sometimes goofy mother. She wanted her quiet and mischievous but elegent father. She wanted them safe and here. She held it together as she walked to her room, then broke. Tears slowly tracked down her cheeks and her breath came in pants as a heavy pain settled in her throat. The gasps became heaving sobs and she buried her face in her pillow. She knew her friends were worried but she had to show a calm face outside. She had been bullied too long, and was too much a princess to cry in public.
