History
Blanca Rue was born to a world on the verge of destruction. Her powers did not awaken until the last second when her world was destroyed. Somehow, some way, this young Senshi was swept up in the rebirth of the other original more powerful scions of her Kingdom.
Later, she was found by Queen Beryl's minions and served the Dark Kingdom to the best of her ability. When Sailor Moon defeated the Dark Kingdom and made her wishes, Blanca Rue was once more swept up in the magic of a kingdom she had never rightly served.
Still unaware of her true identity, she later came into the service of Galaxia. Once more, her abilities and desire to help brought her to serve the wrong goal. As time passed and she found her rulers defeated by Sailor Moon and the Senshi time and again, the young Sailor Hygiea decided she'd confront them on her own.
Her powers and insight had long been tarnished by her willful service to the Darkness and Chaos in the Galaxy. Sailor Hygiea had never been strong, but she was loyal. Demanding recognition for the losses of her leaders, the young Senshi was asked a simple question...
Why? Why did she embrace it when she was obviously so good?
Her answer was a simple, 'Because they found me.'
Still, she would eventually surrender herself to the Moon Kingdom of present day and learn to heal herself in their guidance. It's not that they're more powerful, it's a simple fact that she cherishes the home she didn't know she needed.

"The stars exist as a guiding light for those of us lost in the darkness," she whispered to the glowing candles around the room. "We give ourselves into service of the ones who find us when we are most desperate. They serve us as those stars."
Opening her eyes, the young woman looked down at her folded hands focusing on the small crystal bird that had turned her life upside down. Queen Beryl had found her in her darkest hour and helped her unlock the secrets of her powers. The ability to alter her environment with crystals had helped her focus. She had never been sent to the battlefield, had barely survived the destruction of the Dark Kingdom when Galaxia descended. Again, for some reason, she had joined the side of the most powerful Senshi in existence.
Secretly, she'd felt betrayed by the Senshi of the Sol Universe. Mercury, Jupiter, all of them... she'd been born just as the Glaive fell on the Silver Millenium. Decades and eons later the young woman had been reborn and again suffered the losses of her homes.
"I choose to serve the Silver Millenium and its rulers. The Moon Kingdom has finally retaken what it had lost, though the people I was born from will never know I still remain. A remnant of their existence."
She didn't look at the candles or the crystals that surrounded her as she pushed herself up off her knees. The fabric of her fuku brushed against the backs of her thighs as the length of her hair fell across her shoulders. One kingdom for another, time after time.
"I'll serve my stars because they exist." she stated. "My loyalty is to the ones who find me before my light burns out."
